FC Barcelona to Host Historic Fixture at Upgraded Camp Nou this Saturday

The club confirmed they will play at the still-under-construction Camp Nou this Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit Athletic Bilbao in domestic competition two and a half years after they moved out to allow renovations to start.

“Returning home was our dream. Finally, it’s happening. We are back at Spotify Camp Nou.”

The stadium will not be at full capacity with 45,401 fans will be allowed to watch based on approved permits. After final construction, the Camp Nou is due to hold almost 105,000 spectators, increasing from the former 99,000. Officials confirmed completed upgrades featured a renovated tunnel for players and new dressing rooms.
